1. Individuals must be at least 14 years of age or accompanied by their parent or legal guardian when they enter the pool area.

2. All persons must register with the lifeguard on duty upon entering the pool area. All guests must be registered at this time. The pool guest fee is $5.

3. Guests may visit the pool up to 3 times per year.

4. Admission to the pool will be refused to any person having a contagious disease, open sores, or bandages.

5. Children under eight years of age must be accompanied by a responsible person in wading pool area as well as main pool area. All parents are responsible for their children at all times.

6. Personal conduct in the pool area and bath house need be such that the safety of self and others is not jeopardized.

7. Spitting, roughness, rowdyism, running, etc., will not be permitted in the pool area.

8. Only qualified swimmers are allowed beyond the roped shallow water area. Swimmers under sixteen will be required to pass a deep-water test.

9. No food or drink may be consumed while in the pool. Any glassware or gum is prohibited on the pool deck area.

10. Dogs and other pets are not allowed.

11. The pool may be closed at the designation of the lifeguard on duty, any day that cold or inclement weather prevails.

12. Should it be reasonable and appropriate for the pool guard to assist in an emergency or accident at the waterfront area, the lifeguard will first clear and then close the pool. All swimming is prohibited until the lifeguard returns and reopens the pool.

13. The telephone is for summoning help in the event of an emergency. Personal calls are prohibited.

14. Absolute authority has been delegated to the club management personnel and will be enforced by the lifeguard on duty. They have full authority to exclude anyone from the pool for failure to comply with these regulations and also may add temporary rules that are not published.

15. The pool will be cleared for ten minutes every hour.

16. Use of the pool is not permitted without a lifeguard on duty or outside the posted “pool” hours.

17. Smoking is prohibited in the pool area.

18. No coolers are allowed on the pool deck.
