Notes from the Chef
Hello again! On Thursday, we will be doing a buffet instead of the our burger special. The Club Menu will be closed for the evening. The pork chop on Friday will have a parmesan peppercorn crust and stuffed with a boursin Portobello mix, and served with a crispy polenta cake. The crab and shrimp pasta feature will be tossed with candied sun dried tomatoes, peas, onions and Portobello’s with a garlic butter cream sauce. On Saturday, the pizza will be topped with candied habanero maple bacon, pesto, strawberries, fresh cracked black pepper, feta and arugula. And finally, Sunday, we are doing a Wisconsin classic butter burger. The burger is mixed with caramelized onions, seared on the flat top and topped with American cheese, then served on a bun doused in butter.
