Thursday – A-1 Bbq Brisket Burger
Our house patty topped with bbq brisket, pickled jalapeno, fried onion, Manhattan BBQ, on a jalapeno cheddar brioche bun.
Friday – Seafood Gumbo
Wild shrimp, seared ruby trout, mixed grilled fish, combined with southern spices, trinity, okra, and fresh green onion. Grilled baguette on the side.
Friday – BBQ Steak Tips
Seared steak tips, loaded baked potato, mixed vegetable, smoked paprika butter and sweet potato roll.
Saturday – “Comfort Food” – Deep Dish Baked Spaghetti
Egg tossed pasta layered with housemade boursin, mozzarella, and parmesan. Topped with our fresh red sauce and herbs and baked golden brown with grilled baguette. Choice of soup or salad.
Sunday – “Small Plates” – Mexican Mini Frittata
Mexican chorizo, toasted corn tortilla, and egg mixed and let set up overnight. Mixed with peppers, onion, and cheese and baked golden brown.
