Notes from the Chef
Hello again! Summer is now in full swing and we are open at noon all week long, so come down for lunch! On Thursday, our gourmet burger will be topped with Asian shredded pork, bacon, pineapple and Swiss cheese. On Friday, we are doing a traditional home style pot roast with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and gravy. The shrimp pasta will be tossed with a lightly spicy cajun cream, smoked sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms and arugula. Join us for a Burger Buffet on Saturday afternoon for the Power Boat Day! On Sunday, the sliders will be filled with slow braised shredded chicken, coleslaw, and fried pickle chips! Enjoy your week!
