Notes from the Chef
Hello again! Thank you to everyone who came out for our Mothers Day brunch on Sunday. We had approximately 140 reservations. For this week, don’t forgot about our awesome new burger and beer special on Thursday. This week we are doing a burger loaded with house-made boursin cheese, sauteed portobellos, caramelized onion and a Cabernet aioli. On Friday, we are doing a za’atar crusted in house smoked salmon. Za’atar is a middle eastern specie of thyme that is mixed with sesame and sumac. The salmon will be served on top of a curried tomato quinoa. The tortellini pasta on Friday will be tossed with grilled chicken, roasted tomatoes, candied garlic, almonds, and basil in a white wine butter sauce, served with garlic bread. Join us for our new pizza night on Saturday. This week we will be featuring a cajun pizza. Then on Sunday, join us for some housemade crab spring rolls. I hope everyone likes the new summer menu.
