Notes from the Chef
Thursday – “Chopped Steak Burger” – House ground beef mixed with chopped steak tips, crispy leeks, pancetta, spicy roasted garlic aioli.
Friday – “Asian Pesto Shrimp Cavatappi” – Wasabi green tea pesto, Napa cabbage, cashew crumble, portobello mushroom, pickled red onion, tempura fried shrimp.
Friday – “Pork Osso Bucco” – Tender braised pork shanks, black bean cassoulet, mustard greens, berry mostarda
Saturday – “Hamburger Gravy” – A Wes Stevens Household Classic – House ground meat, garlic, onion, peas and carrots all cooked together and made into a country gravy. Served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes with a grilled baguette.
Sunday – “Creole Polenta Fries” – Savory cornmeal cooked down and thickened with cheese and southern spices then cut into strips and deep fried. Served with spicy pancetta aioli.
