Notes from the Chef
Thursday – “Juicy Lucy Burger” Burger stuffed with smoked blue cheese, pancetta, and caramelized onions and topped with fresh apples, arugula, and pecan cider vinaigrette.
Friday – “Eggplant Parmesan with Sweet Potato Bolognese” – Crispy parmesan crusted eggplant over linguine and spinach, roasted sweet peppers, caramelized mushrooms, and topped with a house made sweet potato meat sauce.
Friday – “Country Frutti De Mare” Pronounced “Fweee Day Mayor” – Tomato based fish stew with whitefish, grouper, frog legs, and mussels cooked in white wine, cherry tomatoes, onion, spinach, and fennel. Served with a grilled baguette, tortellini, and fresh herbs.
Saturday – Cider Braised Beef Short Ribs – Tender beef braised with local cider, apples, and root vegetables. Served over a celery root mashed potatoes with red eye pan sauce and fresh herbs.
Sunday – 2 oz burger patty pressed with thinly sliced white onion and seared on the flat top. Finished with “custard” aka a mix of ketchup & mustard, and sliced pickles.
