Notes from the Chef
Hello! On Thursday, our gourmet burger will be a Chili Cheese Burger topped with chili, chipotle jack cheese and onion rings. On Friday, the pepita crusted Mako will have crushed green pumpkin seeds, caramelized oyster mushrooms and butternut quinoa. The charred steak fajitas will be stuffed with grilled steak, sauteed onion and peppers, lettuce, tomato, black beans, rice, in mini white corn tortillas. Join us on Saturday for a white duck pizza feature, topped with shredded duck, pancetta, roasted garlic cream sauce, toasted pepita and truffled balsamic drizzle. Our black bean hummus on Sunday will be served with grilled pita and blue corn chips. Have a great week!
